Vent - the dumbing down of "operation"

I was horrified when I got home and discovered that all the human body parts have been replaced with commercial products eg iPhones, headphones, trainers etc..
So, how do those things relate to the name of the game?
ETA Just had a look at it on Amazon. I see what you mean. Don't know how they can call it Operation. They have a pic of a surgeon but the patient is laying on a sunbed in swimming trunks.0 -
Why hasn't it been renamed "PickPocket" then?I need to think of something new here...0

Yeah cos the old one had things like a frog stuck in the throat. That is so realistic lmao.0

I bought the board game operation last night. It used to be a fun game that was quite informative as it contained the different parts of the human body and I think it aided children's education.
I was horrified when I got home and discovered that all the human body parts have been replaced with commercial products eg iPhones, headphones, trainers etc..
It's a sad reflection on modern society when an educational board game gets dumbed down like this. I would suspect the number of kids who want to become doctors will now sadly go down
They'll now turn out to be shop assistants instead.“Learn from the mistakes of others. You can never live long enough to make them all yourself.”
