ETA Just had a look at it on Amazon. I see what you mean. Don't know how they can call it Operation. They have a pic of a surgeon but the patient is laying on a sunbed in swimming trunks.

It's a sad reflection on modern society when an educational board game gets dumbed down like this. I would suspect the number of kids who want to become doctors will now sadly go down

They'll now turn out to be shop assistants instead.

If you want a fun boardgame to play with the kids......................... don't buy Operation.
