All my TSB, Lloyds, Halifax and BoS interest has arrived in the last 15 minutes. As usual, added to the accounts on the 2nd working day of the month, with value of 1st working day.

Lloyds paid my current account interest last night at the same time as they took the account fee exactly the same as they do after close of business on the 1st working day of every month. (If that was your question ....)

A related query that's not worth a thread of its own... I opened a Tesco current account on 8th October and have yet to receive any interest. I don't have any direct debits (I'm pretty sure that they're not required) and funded it as soon as it was opened. I can't see when the interest settlement date is from their website (although it is early and I'm not yet fully awake!)

I'd appreciate it if someone could confirm whether I should have expected interest by now.

Tesco pay interest each month, so 9th of November in you case.

Thanks for that. I was hoping that that was the answer.
