Property in Spain

  • Hi Eddddy! Of cource I have the connection with my broker. Their web-site has a lot of useful info, just check all these links :) that`s why I share them.
And before investing huge amount of money I`m trying to conduct my own research concerning different countries and property situations.
As for me now the most achievable and good for living are Turkey and Spain. So I'm close to choosing a country and buy.
Yes, there are some threats, but they exist everywhere. In my country you can invest in real estate and never see both money and house.
    Thanks everybody for your comments!

I wouldn't touch it. People who were lucky and sold before the Spain economy went up the spout did earn a fair bit of money. Property prices in Spain have recovered a little but it will take many years to recover because when it does there are so many developments waiting to be finished that the market will be flooded.

    Are you a spammer?

Do I get a prize for suggesting this in post #4 (although without actually spotting the link that you found between the posts.)?
