I'm back in this week, the house is a real tip after half term last week.

Thanks bossy and natty for the lists

I have to wait in for someone to come and repair the tumble dryer tomorrow. It is the second time with the same fault and taken ten days for someone to come out but still c****s won't replace it. I am sick of wet washing all over the house.

Our green bin was last collected mid October and that is it until next year:(

We have had a problem with our drain in the back garden and have a huge hole so even when it is filled we won't have any grass to cut for a while. We employed the one cowboy firm in the area who didn't tell us it was the responsibility of the water board to repair the drain not us. We are one trying to get our money back:mad:

Dancemum hope your back is better soon. Have you started your new job?

YL good luck for the appointment tomorrow

Well I have got everything ready for morning - back to school and work - to find DS in a pickle again. I don't know what to do with him. He just can't get comfy, his tummy is hot, he doesn't want a drink / toilet, he can't drop off to sleep. He doesn't have a fever, doesn't feel being sick would help. Said yes to going to the Dr but doesn't know what to tell them.

He's in my bed now - which may be part of it. Over tired, bit poorly and wants company? Even if I did call out of hours, what would I tell them? And what do I do with DD if they want to see him? Bloody hate this lone parenting lark. There's no one to talk things through with when shpoop happens at night time.

Thanks bossy! I'm in his week. Sounds like your ds is really out of sorts. Hope he feels brighter in the morning.
And thanks natty for last weeks list.

Working all day tomorrow and then parents evening until 7. So by the time I have got home and eaten it will probably be 8.30. An hour of work and I will be ready for bed! So bare minimum for me tomorrow. Will post the list though and carry it over!

Monday Mayhem: A bit of everything!
Open the windows and let some air in.
Starting upstairs, work your way through the house with that feather duster (or whatever you have). Dust and deweb, as far through as you like / need.
    S&S a sink or two.
Follow your dust trail with the vacuum cleaner, only lift it upstairs if it's safe to do so.
    S&S a toilet or two.
Clear kitchen worktops and wipe down.
    Shine your sink

    Extras:
Have 10min checking over your calendar for the next week or so.

Tense Tuesday: Kitchen & Dining Room
Wipe down the cupboard fronts, including kickboards, and get those door handles hygienically clean!
    Wipe down your large appliances.
Clear a hotspot, is the under sink cupboard ready to topple out on you if the door opens?
Give your DR table a polish and change the tablecloth if needed.
Wipe down the chairs too. Including the legs!
To the cooker - give the hob a good shine!

    Extras:
Set aside a little time for you, this week!
    Mop a floor or two.
All this grass talk - is it dry enough for the last cut of the season?

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Photogenic I've been Money Tipped!
    I'm in this week :D

For over a year I've been after a particular planner I've seen highly recommended by vloggers on utube but at $50 plus shipping from the US it wasn't an option so I've made my own personalised version ;) I've also written a dailies & a work to do list as well as menu planned for the whole month today! I'm determined to get more organised and figured the run up to Christmas is the perfect time to test since I'm so busy and this is when my stress levels rocket. Its already filled out for this coming week, and I have a monthly calender with my meals on as well :D

This coming week I have to play catch up with work stuff I haven't got done over half term on Monday, run errands Tuesday weather permitting, I'll be spending Wednesday baking (DD has a bake sale in school on Thursday, and any extras can go in the freezer for snacks/lunches ;)) before working Thursday and playing catch up with housework on Friday. Ex is here Sunday instead of Saturday this coming weekend so I'll need to juggle our weekend routine as well.

However, before I tackle any of that I need to get some sleep. I'm averaging 4 hours again so I need to nip that in the bud before I burn myself out. Goodnight all
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.
Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

Hugs - at least we are here. If he hasn't got a fever I wouldn't worry too much tonight.

However, I think you need to take him to see the Dr - it might be an idea to go back over the last couple of weeks and write down all that's happened with this 'hot tummy' and ask for further investigation. Obviously it can't be right and needs sorting, even though it might just be anxiety. Thinking of you.

Pleased that Monday and Tuesday are up, as DH has a day off on Tuesday and we are out for most of the day :j At least I can get a head start and try to get done most of it the morrow.

Wipe out the fridge and stick any grot in the compost / bin.

Pay any bills or make any phone calls you need to.

To the cooker - give the hob a good shine!
And the oven too, if you've any steam left!
Extras:Set aside a little time for you, this week!
    Mop a floor or two.
Have you sorted your winter list? Enough wellies? De-icer for the car?

Hugs, gw vibes, sticks and spoons as needed

Hope you all have a marvellous Monday
