Powergen Prepayment Economy 10 Help

In many ways the policy is understandable.
It costs money to change meters and when changing from pre-payment to credit meters that results in a loss of revenue on top.
A high percentage, perhaps the majority?, of customers have a pre-payment meter because they cannot cope financially with a credit meter. Therefore to change these customers to a credit meter is a risk for the utility company as they might have to change back meters and have difficulty recovering any debt built up.
Unfortunate of course for those customers who are credit worthy.0 -
Many companies bill the E10 as peak/off peak only, they don't seperate the other 3 hours. thats certainly true off the Npower group.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0
