Hi there, thanks SO much for your info and advice. Sorry I've not given full details of company and caused confusion. The company are CPS services Limited and also call themselevs Carparking and Select Services Ltd. The address is 21 Chester Street, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG19 6 NJ.

They don't accept payment on the phone and they don't provide an email address. Just asking for payment of £70 within a week or £100 after that. Then they say £20 for every day after that!

Is everyone sure that I just ignore it? Am a bit worried about getting into trouble!

Basically, they should not be able to get your details from the DVLA, so unless you contact them, they cannot chase you. So - do nothing !!


Keep the windscreen ticket, however, and if you get anything through the post from the scamming gits, come back on this thread.

thay cannot legally get the registered keepers details or use POFA 2012 against the keeper

they dont know who the driver is unless somebody follishly told them

in which case you complain to the DVLA and still ignore them, like it tells you

Good grief! I think that's all the indication you need that these people are complete chancers, and even worse than all the other PPCs (which makes them pretty bad indeed). Clearly an attempt to intimidate and to get people to make contact with them right from the get-go, as this is their first and ONLY chance.
