How much is your highest limit on your credit cards?

The limits just seem bizarre and random.
You're right there. I've had 5 cards in the last 14 months. Ranging from a 1k limit upto a 13k limit despite no change in my personal circumstances. My wife works part-time and like me has a good credit record; tesco offered her a 6.9k limit and me a 2.4k limit.0 -
Income: £21,000
Card 1: £10,300
Card 2: £11,500
Card 3: £2,0000 -
I have two credit cards, sort of. I have the Natwest card with the initial limit of £11,050 (odd amount, I think they may have meant to make it £11,500). This represents one quarter of my annual gross salary (more or less). I have never asked for it to be raised and I would only use it for things I want to "guarantee". (Flights, major purchases) In any event it is set to be paid off each month - last payment made was March 2015, gosh I need to use it a bit more. It is not a cash back or low interest card because my major concern is that it should look sufficiently different from my debit card so that I could never take a cash advance on it (poor eyesight).
The other card is one for work, in the company's name. On this I have a limit of £20k, which again is paid off entirely each month. The limit was requested by the MD as business international flights can be expensive. For this card, I must make a proper audit of the statement each month and report to the Accountant so that it can go on our accounts software. I purchase a range of things from IT equipment to flights to bin liners (occasionally).
Incidentally, my MD has a Coutts card, it was declined at a Best Western Hotel in the view of some business associates. He had to phone me to pay his bill over the phone!“And all shall be well. And all shall be well. And all manner of things shall be exceeding well.”

Applied for my first credit card about 7 years ago with Coop, got offered a 17k limit in spite of only earning 14k at the time! Still a bit angry that I was offered that in spite of being sensible and not accepting it. Just ridiculous.
Earn 23k now and have a card with a 2k limit.0 -

I travel to the US fairly often, and they are very suspicious of debit cards for some reason0 -
Once upon a time I had a card with a £25k limit.

6.5K Nationwide CC that i've had for just over a year.
My only CC and i've never spent more than a couple of hundred on it and pay in full every month. Only really use it for petrol and the occasional purchase that I want to make sure I have CC protection on.0
