Moving a water butt

Hiya Hopefully I'm moving house in the not too distant future, and I'm taking my large garden water butt with me. It's currently taking its water from a plastic squared off downpipe and my question is, when I pull the house out there's just going to be an open hole that will be ready for the buyers to attach their water…

Apparently, but it all depends on what the seller wrote on Form TA10.

If the water butt was marked as being taken away, all well & good.

If not, the OP could be in breach of contract, though it's highly unlikely anyone would pursue her over one item.
