I tend to use mine at 40, using the '40 AA' option, which seems to make it take about an hour longer. I've no idea how it can be more efficient...
There is a 30 setting but I've never used it. Again, no idea how it compares to 40 AA.

Some fabric not supposed to be washed at 60.
If you read the label on clothes, it usually be 400 -

I'm not suggesting that your machine is the same as mine but when I use the AA option it washes at the next lower temperature but for a bit longer, e.g. I set it at 90 on the AA setting and it washes at (a supposed) 60 degrees but for a longer period.0
