Requesting PAC code from icard mobile. No luck!

Hi. Ive been phoning and sending emails to icard mobile, asking for my PAC code with no response. My sim card is still working.

When i call them, i get placed in a cue, then after 10mins of listening to (if you can call it) music, the call goes dead.

What options do i have?:(

I have the same problem now. Is there anyone can help? What can I do as the firm has gone into administration?

Company's house show them as dissolved on 29th of March; https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/04793352/insolvency

Are your sims still working now or have they died?

Try emailing the host network (EE IIRC) and ask if they can either move you directly across to EE PAYG or generate a PAC for you.

OFCOM might be able to help too as they should have rules in place for MNO / MVNO issues.
