Barclays telephone banking -terrible !

Is it normally this bad !!??

    It was on the news earlier that they are having problems.

    I suspect it is purely the volume of customers calling to complain or get an explanation from CS - my brother attempted to make a transaction three times as it kept declining and the bank have taken payment three times so be careful :)

    I hope the problem is rectified soon

    This is over past 2 months since I started using it.
