Zara are the best at it and can have it on the shop floor within 2 weeks of a fashion show. ALL of the others make their own brand identity spin on it and take a lot longer, e.g, River Island.

Zara is still majorly overpriced over here though. I found them to be 'New Look' cheap in Italy though, especially the sales.

indeed Zara are the worst on the high street. In store they stop shy of hitting you if you have any issues. And complaining online gains the same reaction.

They don't care about customer service in the slightest as people still flock and spend stupid amounts on what is largely, overpriced runway copy tat.

I stopped shopping with them online when they claim once the item has left the warehouse thats when the 28 days start. so if your parcel is delayed and you can't collect for say 2 weeks. you only have 2 weeks to refund.

    B()llocks.
What sort of issues have you raised with them in store?

There are laws they have to comply with.

However, if their in-store return policy is (for example) return within 28 days for a full refund and you return an item on the 29th day and want a full refund, they are not obliged to give you one.
Personally, if I were working in Customer Services and had someone arguing with me that they were entitled to a refund when they were clearly not entitled, I would feel like hitting them.

Or maybe I would do the same as in the original post and call Security to remove them from the store. smiley-rolleyes010.gif

for me my biggest gripe was they refuse to help in store. I mean why do they tell you to 'get another size yourself', when you're in the changing room' when they ALWAYS have at least 30 people working the shop floor? !!!!!! is that about?

the refund issue I clearly stated referred to an online purchase and not instore. Their instore management is tripe too though, no wonder all of the floor staff are walking depressed.

I remember when Zara first arrived in the UK. nothing has changed, just more staff with the same 'no I won't help you' attitude.

You mentioned 'issues' in store (not lask of assistance):

I asked what your issues were.

Are you saying that if you ask for an item in a different size, the staff just stop short of hitting you? smiley-confused013.gif

If Zara really have got 30 staff working on the shop floor they must be doing really well, as in most shops these days you are lucky to find one .

Are you one of those fortunate/unfortunate Zara employees that has to wear those awful (worst than McDonald's) navy uniform tops that looks like you've sellotaped ur breasts?

You're lucky if you're a man. They got them all looking Ferragamo in the men's section.

I only ever go in the main ones, Bond Street is actually the best. You can't even move for the amount of staff.

My small local one has more security than staff, but then again the area's rather 'townie'... and I avoid it. pure trash.

Just because I've not 100% supported you, I must work for the shop/company under discussion. :rotfl:

If your local area is pure trash, I can only suggest you move?
How can they be " townie " and Ferragamo at the same time :undecided:undecided
