Would you believe , my solicitor tried to contact me .?!?
Anyway,a compromise has been reached ( although I have to be flexible etc)
Completing on Monday 21st . Very good of the buyers to alter at short notice. I must say , chase Buchanan and the buyers have been cool throughout. Hope I've been ok .
My solicitor , knows I have respect for him and has stood by me well.
He seems to have no humour , but he is so professional .
Like a serious driving instructor you expect to fail you , but gives you a pass
