Why don't you give your solicitor a call AC and check what's happening. I find I spend a lot of time thinking about what could be happening with my sale/purchase and could just ask! Your solicitor also seems a bit more proactive than mine![STRIKE]Total debt 1.11.10 £23,446[/STRIKE]Save £6k in 2015 #129 £6121.66/£6000Save £6k in 2016 #39 £6000/£60000

TBH , copper jar I realise that he is on the case and he will let me know when he needs to. As with most conveyancers he has probably got a huge workload , and he has been very good when I have used him in the past
I would imagine , if it was anything other than what's been mentioned he would let me know.:)0 -
call CB and ask them, lets face it you'll be paying them enough....make them earn it0

Just spoke to chase Buchanan ( I was actually very nervous about doing so)
They are expecting a call today from buyers solicitors.
I didn't ago into any detail. It sounds like they have all the information they require . Hopefully things are geared up for an October completion still .
My solicitor hasn't contacted me as yet, so in one way no news is good news.0 -
So AC not a lot of October left - are you packed and nearly ready to move?0

So while I bump into one of the most docile people in the company having a long ,painfully drawn out conversation , chase Buchanan call.
It looks like the fascia is not an issue. The issue is the property mgt co.
That's more or less it ..for now .0 -

No
I have been constantly tired, and on edge . Not sleeping properly / feeling groggy etc.
I may do something tomorrow .
However, to be brutally honest( if all goes well with the sale ):
1) type notice ASAP
2) whilst doing so, ask for about 3 days leave to do packing and find somewhere .
3)ask nationwide for temporary financial help
4) buy packing material/ boxes etc from Argos ( same day delivery )
5) liaise with estate agents parkstone , hoping to arrange a day to look at 1or2 places to rent
6) visit them ASAP
Then ,aaaargh panic!:)
