    What you want is irrelevant I'm afraid. If they have listed a hearing then you need to know from the Court that it has been cancelled. You should have received written notice of a court date for a warrant application. I would similarly expect you to be given notice if it were then cancelled

    If it hasn't and you aren't there but they are don't count on anyone waiting to hear what the Ombudsman has to say - they will just make a decision on what is in front of them.


    Whilst in theory the Company should hold action once they hear from the Ombudsman whilst the matter is looked at, the above does not suggest you should place your entire faith in this does it?
