Afternoon everyone :hello:
Wasn't sure if anyone has already posted about this or not but thought I would anyway as it could help you save a bit of money

I recently moved house and had to wait over four weeks for my internet to be put on (another story completely). Which means that I paid for a month's worth of Netflix (£5.99) which I could not use.

I logged on yesterday and spoke to someone via their online chat (it was really quick - which surprised me as normally online chat is slow) and I was given a refund

Just thought it might help if you've not been able to access it for some reason as there is no point paying £5.99 for a service that you're not using!!
