It wouldn't be the same though. Taking photo of something funny and sharing it isn't what you are after. Even it was, if the person complained, you'd have to remove it or the website you use to post the photo could remove it.
I'm not sure why you are not complaining to Royal Mail about this though.ally.0 -

They don't want people taking down prices to compare them according to one thing I read. If found out you were filming I imagine a number of places would tell you to leave right away though.
I have done some tasks with my mobile phone in Tesco stores where I had to take pictures, never had problems but it wasn't necessarily full of Tesco employees when I was doing them :Pally.0 -

A "fragile" sticker is meaningless, and you have absolutely no way of knowing
[*] how the package will be treated by all the various people (and machinery) involved in its journey from you to the recipient.
(
[*] Unless you fit impact detectors to the packaging - some high-value fragile items do use this technology.)Philip0 -

True that it should be packaged well enough to hopefully avoid damage, but that doesn't mean the guy has a right to throw around other peoples items, risking unnecessary damage.
It shouldn't all be crushed seconds after leaving your hands!
Plus what do you expect customers to do? Something can go in a jiffy envelope as a large letter and would, anywhere else, make it to the buyer perfectly fine. But as this guy is not only careless, but deliberately causing damage you have to add so much extra packaging that it's a small package (at least) and going to cost far more money than it should. That's hardly fair and any damage should not be blamed on the sender in such a situation (certainly not if they haven't used that place before).0 -

As for OP, you may find that a Christmas box is the best thing you can do. It's amazing what a bottle of wine, box of chocolates or a tenner can do to improve service. Especially if you're stuck using them, it probably isn't something you want to do, but make an attempt at engaging him in conversation. Ask about the business or his job and moan about your own.
I'm pretty flexible and able to use quite a few couriers and post offices but if you haven't got that luxury, complaining and secret filming may not be the best way to go..0 -
I've used plenty of couriers where they take parcels from you and just sling them on the back of a van. It's tricky because pulling them up on it has the opposite effect. It's the reason I rarely sell anything remotely breakable.
Yeah, but it's expected more from couriers and you can usually add more packaging without worry that'll it'll end up costing more.
Like if I was sending a DVD I'd just use a jiffy envelope to send it via RM. Chances are it'll get there fine, even if it's a bit of a struggle getting it under the glass at the PO and it gets thrown into a bag. Although if it really wouldn't fit under I'd expect them to stop trying and take it off me another way, I wouldn't expect them to crush the item. That's just common sense! If I added extra packaging it would become a parcel and cost more.
However, with a courier I wouldn't trust just sending it in a jiffy envelope, I'd package it far more. However, it would still fit into the lowest price bracket so it wouldn't matter.0 -
Legalities aside a hidden camera seems a bit OTT.
Have you challenged him every time it happens? Followed it up with a letter to Post Office Head Office?0 -

A lot of staff probably don't really care anyway, but some will, especially if it is a policy of the store that people aren't allowed to do that. I have heard of people who have been told not to take photos in Tesco, although it's been a while.
People clearly have got away with it at numerous stores as I've seen Tesco deals posted with the photo for proof lol.0 -
