£3.23 from gifthulk and just learnt something new about converting paypal usd payments to paypal balance, instead of having to withdraw to bank!

On Paypal summary page click on 'paypal balance', next click on 'manage currencies' at the bottom of the page, then in the box on the right titled 'currency exchange' you can choose which currency you want to exchange from and to, plus the amount. For some reason the calculate button is useless, but you can cancel on the next page after hitting the 'continue' button.

this then makes it into english sterling for me and paypal balance.

ok, as FC is not around again, let's have a mini ebay challenge.

This time I really want to take advantage of the 100 free listings as I really need the cash now.

My aim is to try and list 25 a day, but lost yesterday being DS' birthday and had trouble getting him to goto sleep, he was overtired and didn't want to sleep. And this morning was very tired :(

so who wants to join the challenge with me? What's your aim?

I'll join you Aesop! I'll gonna aim for 25 a day too, but I'm not sure how much stuff I have to sell! :rotfl: I'm at work tomorrow so probably won't get that many done but will give it a good go!

Great idea for a mini challenge:T

I won't be joining this one as I know I'll not be able to do much:o. Most of my saleable stuff (other than books which I prefer Amazon for anyway) is just really cheap and barely worth bothering to list especially as I never get the 100 free listings. After packing materials, fees and a long car trip to the PO I make about 20p per item profit:(.

Have taken loads of stuff to various charity shops this weekend and am also attempting to get batches of CDs and books accepted by WeBuyBooks, Ziffit etc. Probably no less cost-effective than eBaying them and a lot less hassle;)

Wishing any challengers the best of luck:j:beer:
