Considering ISP change

Options
Assuming things go to plan, we should be moving about a mile away before Christmas and I wondered if I should use this to change my ISP as I am told any new provider sorts the whole thing out, plus I am out of contract, but am aware that if I continue using my current ISP, it is the start of a new contract.

Currently and for many years, I've been with TalkTalk. On the whole they haven't been too bad, it's just a pain trying to communicate, due to language, time delay and external noises. Now with the hacking, I think now is the time to go. I have ANYTIME CALLS, FIBRE OPTIC and a paper statement and pay DD. A year ago, decided to pay line rental in advance which was fine and my monthly bill varied between £14 - £24. Then when the annual line rental expired, the bill shot up to £44 (these figures are therabouts). I called TT and was told they would offer me a package for £31.45 a month but am unsure if that included the rental and am not keen to phone again.

So, could anyone recommend a provider that would give anytime calls (nothing less) and broadband with Fibre. No TV. What would help me to decide, is if their call centre was in the UK.

I think they are quite pricey, but their call centres are in the UK and they get regular amazing reviews of their customer service.

Since broadband is exchange specific, start with an exchange search on wwww.samknows for your available LLU options. Sky, if available, is the main rival to TT. If you don't want LLU, the obvious alternative is Plusnet.
If you want FTTC, then that depends if it's available on your local street cab, not just on the exchange.

    Well Sam say's:-

The following services are available in your location:

    BT Wholesale ADSL
    BT Wholesale ADSL Max
    BT Wholesale WBC (21CN)
    BT Wholesale SDSL
    TalkTalk (CPW) LLU
    Sky Broadband

    Sky Broadband

If Sky LLU is not available then steer clear of Sky as its Sky Connect service using BT exchange equipment is dire.

That entry means Sky is available LLU. Samknows doesn't list non-LLU providers, as it would be pointless, since if you have a line you can use any non-LLU provider.
So the only alternative LLU option for the OP is Sky.
But I'd agree with your comment about Sky Connect (which I thought was no longer available).

Same with me but worse. They never sent a renewal notice or any kind of reminder that my contract will expire early Nov.But they found me to tell that my next bill will be 20% more. Why? Am I with them or not?If a contract expires and TT does not want to retain me,what's next?
To add insult to injury, they took off ALL possibility of sending an email, you can try from bill problems to complaints to technical queries it is only calls of which they keep a copy but I can't.

Your contract does not expire, it just reaches the end of the minimum term, from when you are on 30 days notice. They don't need to 'retain', you, because if you do nothing, the contract continues.
You should receive regular updates/billing notification by email if you have requested it-check in your online account.
