Because that is what the op asked for.

You ask and people ignore you etc ......

If he'd wanted the exact paint from the pictured bike then yes, it would be non-metallic, but as it's only the shade that's required I can't see why it would make any difference whether it's flat or metallic. Anyway, as it clearly now isn't what's wanted I'll stop bothering to help any more,
  • there is no point in painting a bike that is going to go in fields in a metallic colour , touching up a metallic would be hard work , yup I am talking about 3in long bits rubbed of the front mudguard when you hit trees etc , and YES I do hit trees a lot , last year I had to have 2 fingers rebuilt , after sliding into a tree , handlebars were bent as well!

a basic gloss colour , that a £5 spray can from halfrauds , available on a sunday morning and 5 mins rubbing down , a bit of newspaper for masking and job done would be better for me

the triumph teal blue looks a good bet , that's what I will order

    thanks all

unlike cars, bikes are easier and cheaper to paint. just take all painted parts off and to the spray shop to get done. will last longer and youll get better results
