EHL Collective Fix November 2016

This E.ON Collective is slightly worse than the NPower and Ovo tariffs I'm considering.youravinalarrrf wrote: »How does the E.ON uSwitch Fixed 1 Collective Oct 15 pan out for you if you go via uSwitch?
Don't forget to go to the uSwitch site via TopCashBack or Quidco for some cashback.
It's between these 2 companies hence my customer service question.
I've just found another thread on this forum and the response for Ovo is mixed, but most people only post on forums when they have a problem, so it's always a negative bias.0 -
I switched to an E.On Collective tariff via EHL in August, and did the same for a relative. No switching issues, and the E.On online system works well so far in terms of submitting reads and billing. No free lunch, and no free laptop

Hi,
I just found it on comparethemarket.0 -
After speaking to someone on the phone from energy helpline, it turns out the reason I couldn't switch online to the British Gas Collective tarriff was because I'm currently with Sainsburys Energy (run by British Gas!) and you can't switch between the two companies as they are effectively the same!
I ended up going with OVO Energy because there are no exit penalties & I'm of the opinion that the general energy prices will drop next Spring 2016 after the cold/busy season is over, so I can then switch again with no cost.0 -

You might want to check out the British Gas Collective Fix December 2016 just launched on the cheap energy club/moneysupermarket, I just started a thread about it here. With that one it looks like you can switch from British gas or Sainsbury's Energy.0 -
Too late for me this time as I'm now sorted with OVO, but thanks for the info.0
