EHL Collective Fix November 2016

After doing comparisons on many sites for dual-fuel, the outstanding tariff for me was:
EHL Collective Fix November 2016
which is a British Gas Collective tariff.


It's not a tariff that you can switch to via any comparison site & I now can't find any info elsewhere online about how to get on this tariff!


Has anyone heard of this or know if it still exists??

Wrong...that was one of the sites I found this tariff, but it's a "not switchable from this site" one, with no further info how to sign up!

Well it offers the tariff to me.

As the name suggests, EHL Collective Fix November 2016 is a collective tariff which means its only available from one source.. energyhelpline in this instance.

Do you actually get the option to take this tariff that you can successfully click through?

I think you have to register via "great British collective " site to get the offer. For me,it isn't as good as the recent USwitch EON offer -with the disadvantage of moving to BG !!!!

I have just registered and got a quote so it does seem to be working but it is more than I am currently paying (no savings whichever comparison method used) so not such a good deal. Also it will only quote for dual fuel if (input) you use both.

.....There is actually a countdown running on the site -showing 20 days and 14 hours+ left !!!

I just spoke to someone from the EnergyHelpline & because I'm currently with Sainsburys Energy, I can't switch to this specific British Gas Collective tariff. Infuriating!


I'm assuming it's because Sainsburys Energy are effectively British Gas so I'm already with British Gas in theory.


Back to my 2nd choice...either Ovo or Npower.

How does the E.ON uSwitch Fixed 1 Collective Oct 15 pan out for you if you go via uSwitch?
