Three: going from SIM-only to PAYG
Has anyone got any idea how easy it is to move from a Three SIM-only account to PAYG on the same network?
I've tried searching online, including their website, but I'm either getting ancient search results or more in terms of going the other way (i.e. PAYG to pay monthly).
I'm just looking for the steps that I need to take to get this done once my 12 months minimum terms is up. I presume I need to call Customer Services? Then what? Will they send me a new SIM? I don't need one but just want to find out the correct procedure.

30 days before 12 months expire call them and ask to get switched to PAYG at the end of the minimum term. Most likely it will be the same SIM.
Take notes of everything and ask for a confirmation.0
