Vodafone Cancellation Nightmare

I cancelled with Vodafone a couple of months ago.

I was given my PACs over the phone. I received a 'retention' call but pointed out that coverage was my issue and they agreed they couldn't fix this within 12 months (I happen to know early planning stages are in progress for a 4G mast est. 2017/18).

I ported the numbers over quickly and easily.

At the end of the month I received a small credit. About £7.

Everything worked out well.

I once had this with suppliers and I just posted it it the ICO stating they breached the DDA as I have no recollection of their account as it was cancelled. I copied in their CEO... the letters soon stopped. If one should come through again I charge an admin fee...
