First Direct say £150 not eligible through MSE link

A tad annoyed to discover that apparently me applying to switch banks to First Direct for £150 as advertised isn't "applicable" through MSE, only Moneysupermarket apparently and there is "nothing they can do". Not the best first step in switching accounts for first time in over 20 years!
Anyone else experienced this?..!

Sorry - to clarify, they said it will be £125 (despite the MSE link saying £150) and £150 if I'd gone through Moneysupermarket..0

Ah so I may be ok? Thanks.
They said I "may" get it but I just felt a bit let down that of course the promised £150 lure may not be as simple afterall! I ummed and erred for a long time before deciding to switch..0 -

This is the site you should arrive at. It's even got a real time countdown so you know exactly how long you've got.

I've been trying all morning to get the £150 but only £125 came up on First Direct.
Finally got it through clearing all Cache and using the Google Chrome browser :j:T0 -
I was directed to the £125 page when I clicked from the MSE post but still got £150
Another family member I told to sign up clicked same link and saw £150 and signed up yesterday0
