Look at their website, they cannot get your details as they do not belong to any of the trade bodies, http://www.npmpay.co.uk/FAQS.aspx
    Do not contact them.

Nope - don't do 'private' work, sorry. Anything that needs to be answered can be done on here by one of the regulars, including me.

But reading your post above, you seem to have misunderstood my post from earlier this morning.

    Mine:
This is an IPC AOS; appeal around 20 - 25 days applies to BPA operators who have issued a windscreen ticket.

    Yours:
So in summary do you think I should warn my fleet team anyway and proceed with sending the letter after 20 days?

You really do need to read thoroughly not scan the sticky and do so in the context of understanding the approach to IPC AOS members' tickets.

I wouldn't rely on your company emailing you rather than paying the PCN themselves (then emailing you with an invoice!). I'd be getting on to your transport manager (or whatever they are called) to understand what the company policy is towards private parking tickets. You might want to report that back here, especially if the policy is not what you expected.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

For the love of God, just appeal early so your company don't get any letters. Hardy difficult and already covered in the NEWBIES thread about company cars, as quoted in post #5 by enfield freddy. Can't get much clearer?!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Missed that Freddy.
  • Hi All,

Thanks for the advice and i will get the letter out today then.
There is a wealth of information in these "Sticky's," a lot of acronyms and when circumstances are unique to the individual we can be unsure as to how the situation is exactly covered. Apologies if it appears i just haven't done my research and i realise you're only trying to help (which I appreciate greatly) but please try to empathise as some responses can be quite shirty...

    Thanks

Hmmm...but that's why I explain the acronyms in post #2 of the NEWBIES sticky. Remember we do this for free, because we hate this scam.
