Morning all. Well we decorated the front porch but only one lot of trick or treaters came round and funnily enough I don't actually fancy any of the sweets....and DH undecorated the porch before leaving for the paid stuff at 5am this morning...so gold star for him for removing one job from my list today.

My list comprises hoovering/sweeping/mopping through house and walking the dogs and that is it. So any time left (I'm being treated to Sunday dinner out when DH gets home) I'll take inspiration from this thread..

    Have a great day everyone.

Dogs are walked. Can't do hoovering etc yet as someone is here doing some work. So I've sorted DH's underwear drawer as he's "got no socks".. yeah right.

Good luck mumto5, hope you're feeling better too.
Bossy I'm with you on the chaos thing, it is more unusual when my house is tidy. We rushed out last night to the Halloween party, late as usual, left the kitchen covered in face painting stuff, and all the mucky pots and dishes from tea.
However, kids had a great time and so did we, and have sort of tidied up now.

    Yesterday's list was not finished:

    [STRIKE]Daily stuff [/STRIKE]
Internet or real life food shop
Carve out pumpkins couldn't get any!
    [STRIKE]Sort out dd2's costume for tonight [/STRIKE]
    General tidy up of everywhere
    Dust everywhere
    Hoover everywhere
    Mop everywhere
    Pay Milk bill
    Tax car last day Eeeek
    [STRIKE]Walk dog[/STRIKE]

I also started hoovering up the billions of leave in the garden with the lawnmower, but it was a bit too soggy. May finish it today.

Right, am fishing the kids out of the bath, they have been there for hours! We are all taking the dog for a walk as it is a lovely day x

Hello again. I've spent nearly two hours cleaning the bathroom. Not only is a toothbrush good for cleaning but an electric toothbrush is even better!

Just having a sandwich (no idea what time I'll be having Sunday lunch), will then tidy my nails and take the dogs for another walk.

If I've time I'll hoover through.

Jazee love the Electric toothrbrush cleaning idea.

    Bathroom cleaned
    Food shop done

Going to do a mad hour of tidying/cleaning now and then settle to paperwork. wondering if it is dry enough to cut the grass, it really needs it.

I'm looking at the grass too, Dusty. Tuesday will be the last garden bin collection here until Easter, so I really need to get outside this afternoon and do a bit more tidying.

    Lunch first though...

Much too wet to cut the grass here. Think the cut I did on Tuesday could be the last one of the year.
