quarterly meter when not working

i just switched to Ebico who are great! a friend is on sick but wants a normal quarterly meter. How can he get one? Will Ebico change it for him or another company?

He is trying to get away from EON rid off merchants.

    He may well get credit checked. Does he have a debt with E.ON ? Why Ebico ? If using more than about 4 kWh per day Ebico are by far the most expensive supplier.

    He will also have to pay about £60 for each meter to be changed.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
