How much have/will you spend today Thu 23/8?

Good morning lovely DFWs :D

Hope there is a glimpse of sunshine where you are. London is cold, windy and miserable today....again!

I have already spent £8.50 on Holland and Barrett supplies for my desk drawer today and £1.50 on a sandwich. That's it for today.

Hope you have a great day and keep it low ;)

Moozie x

PS Should be updating my signature over the weekend...bear with me!

  • Hi Moozie

I need to get a few bits today, but not planning on more than £5, will report back after lunch. Altogether came in at £4.74 and managed a sneaky choc brownie (reduced of course).:j

  • Morning all!

Tis freezing cold in the Shire of Lincoln

Today I will be spending 30p on toll bridge and that is it - am going to gym tonight so that will involved no spending and keep me away from the shops :)

    Have a lovely day everyone!!

    Morning!

Well yesterday didn't go to plan, ended up spending £3.85 on an Outdoors magazine & a double decker (mag had an article about Skye in and since I'm going next Easter I figured it was research), and OH and I went for a walk at Cresswell so I put £15 petrol in the car and we got fish n chips on the way back.

Anyhoo... To make up for it today is an NSD with the exception of a loaf of bread. Going mountain biking tonight so that's most definitely free.

    Hi all,

I haven't been around much on these threads but Moozie's return has inspired me to return too!

Although I am not getting into debt again I have noticed I am spending an awful lot more than I used to. Budget this week (mon-fri) is £20 and I have £5 left!!
Today I need to buy lunch (£1.05 for soup and a roll) and am meeting a friend for a coffee (herbal tea is only £1.00).

Have a good day all x

Hi Moozie :hello: - It's not too bad here in Wiltshire - hint of sunshine, but quite a brisk wind.
My son has taken it on himself to lay the laminate flooring that my wife bought at the weekend - he's struggling a bit, but is steadfastly (should that be stubbornly) refusing all offers of help, so I'm keeping out of his way.

Might go out for a walk, later on, but, other than a coffeee, have no plans to spend anything.

Hi Mrs M - I wish you luck - I found LIDL to be excellent value in both Germany and Italy when I was there.
