I used the Resolver link regarding a flight delay of over 23 hours in 2008 and was told by them that because of the time delay the airline were not obliged to offer me anything, yet, in the original article on MSE it said that I could claim for up to 9 years after the incident..
Fortunetly I did not have to be at work the following day but I can imagine telling the boss "Sorry, I can't come into work - I'm still in India!"
Could somebody clarify the situation for me please. It was a package deal with what was then First Choice.
Thank You
Katzi

you cannot take further action...eg court in England/Wales after 6 years
The airline can happily reject your claim and case is closed as you have nowhere else to go
The time limit is governed by the country you would be commencing court proceedings in. E&W = 6 years, Scotland = 5 years...0
