    They don't need to be scumbags and they don't need to make it an offence because (at least technically) it already is.

    Now that they're not required they don't get the exemption from stickers etc within the wipers' swept area that they used to have because they're no longer an official permit so they count as an obstruction to vision.

    Then again, just because they don't need to be scumbags doesn't mean they aren't :D

    I suppose technically the bloke at the Car Wash works in the Motor Trade.......
  • I'd like to do what Claude Greengrass does in Heartbeat and stick the label from a bottle of Guiness where the tax disc should be.
