If you've been with TT for over a year, your argument will be that you no longer trust them because this is now the 2nd time in a year your details have been compromised. I would fight that till the end and they should allow you to leave.
Don't fall for stupid offers or discounts they give you, there are better deals to be had with Sky/BT/Virgin with TCB/Quidco. Sky & Virgin I can vouch for great service/broadband0 -

I would be surprised if many other providers haven't also suffered cyber-attacks that have never even been publicised. The real issue here is what measures TT took (or didn't take) to protect the data they held. Specifically, the level of encryption and separation of critical data.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
