Was something leaning on it in your bag and causing it to dial? All those 2's suggest something pressing on the screen in that position.0

Do you have a screen lock/keypad lock?0
-
And if it has 'tap screen to wake up', disable this in settings and just use the on/off switch.0

I am not sure how they were able to "set the keypad locking" unless you took it to someone to change those settings or they talked you through it over the phone.0

You should set your own SIM lock and PIN lock to make the handset secure in the event of theft or loss-without them you are potentially facing an unlimited bill should someone use the phone or SIM to make unauthorised calls.
The provider cannot do this remotely-you need to set it yourself. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
They are not even telephone numbers 0888 and 22222, does not look like a keypad issue to me, Sainsbury billing issue.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0
