I also do take issue with some clowns who persist in lying on a open forum like this and who stand a chance of misleading people who are in a vulnerable position.
So based on that I get some small satisfaction that I might make a difference.

I would suggest that b4 you start to have a go at herbie21 you should visit the following sites :
www.consumercreditsupport.co.uk
www.bailiffchaser.co.uk
www.bailiffadviceonline.co.uk
If you have that much knowledge of bailiff law then fine but if you do not i suggest you read up on it and then reply to any bailiff threads. I think that the TRoll is having his usual snipe at me, rather than at Herbie 21, BC.
Also, I would imagine that Herbie 21 is more than capable of holding his/her own against a 'defunct' debt collector who thinks he is 'above the law'.
Good links, by the way. :beer:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Oh well, the good news is that the Ignore facility seems to be working for member names whether they start with an upper- or lower-case letter, so now I can add someone from this thread to it. :j :jBSC #53 - "Never mistake activity for achievement."

I used to use the 'ignore' button, wdiag, but I found it only encouraged more abuse.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
