I wanted to share this with you guys.
The customer actually cancelled, however VM came back to them before they left with the following deal:
XL TV
200Mb Vivid Broadband
XL Talk Unlimited Telephone
£40/month, a year's line rental included.
This bundle normally costs £55.40 + line rental at £16.99/month = £72.39
So for those who want the higher end products it looks as though there's some flexibility available on the pricing.

Another good one.
I rang to cancel and switch to Sky/BT, so they upgraded me to 200Mbps + TV XL + M phone with 2x TiVO boxes, for half what I was paying before when we had just the one TiVO box. £40/month for all that isn't so bad, especially when it's only a 12 month contract.0
