Proceding with Legal Action

Hi,

I have given TAP Portugal over 14 days once sending my NBA to their UK office.
I am now using MCOL but I require their UK details (including full name).

Does anyone know what details I should use or where I can find them? Searched their website and googled / wiki'd it but can't find the name.

Thank you - but don't I require a full name in order to begin a MCOL procedure?
Or would I simply use the CEO of the company?

You sue in the name of the airline, not a single person. And that certainly isn't the correct address as Terminal 1 does't exist any more, try this, although it appears to be just the ticketing office

Well done snowball that looks a much better address. I think I would be tempted to use the nwnf route as TAP might cheerfully ignore a UK Court. However, if you fancy a dustup good luck!
