Car Hire Rip Off - Malaga Airport, Spain

I had a very similar experience with FireFly in Malaga airport. It seems like this is their norm. I booked through Lastminute.com and was told all insurance was covered; only to have to pay for additional insurance I was told covered me for 'everything'. Turns out not losing hire keys! Amateur (very expensive - €400) mistake later and not covered by either set of insurances. I was told I should have read the small print - even though their staff member told me I was covered for everything. Still chasing the insurers to see if either of them will refund me. Not hopefull! Moral of the story for me is to use a well known brand.....
