It doesn't seem to be part of a larger company but it is managed by "ParkingEye" and is registered under "BPA"
I've read the sticky. Going to look into it more this afternoon and see what I can do.
Thanks
So it's ParkingEye, the most litigious firm - if you pay them you need your head examining but equally, the same applies if you ignore them as they sue people. See what you can do? You can appeal and win at POPLA like we all have been doing for 3 years.
They are the most common firm discussed on here. Read the NEWBIES thread & bung in the template first appeal on their appeals page. Obviously where you choose the dropdown option of 'registered keeper, driver, hirer' etc. you'll know exactly which to choose after reading the NEWBIES thread...and it's not 'driver'.
Don't send a letter to them by the way; I have no idea why so many newbies say they've posted a letter when a perfectly useful appeals page exists where the appeal can't get lost. Take a screenshot of the page and the submission confirmation and keep that in a word document with a copy of your first appeal submitted.
Then read up on POPLA appeals, be ready. Read other threads about ParkingEye. I won't provide links, there are THOUSANDS and ParkingEye were beatable at POPLA for years and I don't see that changing at new POPLA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
