Talk Talk dispute - what can we do?

Hi Richard, We would only pass the account to an external collections agency if the amount remained outstanding for more than 90 days.
If you were billed online your final bill will have been posted to My Account on the bill date after your service ended, with bill notification emails sent as normal. If this is now with collections you will need to make a payment for the outstanding amount to avoid any negative effect on your credit rating.
