Help I need a operating manual

I hope someone can help me on here I have just bought a property that has two EEPC ceramic radiators and I have no instructions, I have found some on line but the part I need is how to unlock I think you press two of the buttons together? But I seem to of tried all and nothing helps, I think they were bought from ideal world and they are of no use at all.
