Quidco -- why is there not more anger?

Quidco has had "technical difficulties" for a week now and are not paying any cashback to anyone who tries to claim it.
They must be sitting on a massive pile of cash that they're just not handing over to people who've done their side of the deal.
Imagine if a bank said, "we're having technical difficulties and so you can't withdraw any money". They'd be fined millions. There'd be a huge scandal.
Yet I can't seem to find anyone else who's angry about this apart from me.
Maybe everyone else is really rich and doesn't need the money.

I have had the same. I had 50p confirmed last week but it didn't show up in my available payments and forgot about it. Then this morning, I had £160 confirmed and that still isn't there. I spoke to them and they said 'Confirmed cashback now takes 24 hours to show as available'.
That doesn't explain why it's been over a week for my 50p to show.
They then went on to say they have technical difficulties and will take a few days to sort it out... not holding my breath it'll be sorted that quick though

Oh dear - I too have some payments due,
This is usually what happens at the beginning of a business going belly up, I hope this isn't the case here!0 -
I was thinking that when they sent out the payment delay by a week email- Cashflow issues.
First rule with cashback- Not guaranteed until and unless it hits your account.

I'm fairly new to Quidco, but I am waiting for a payment, odd bits, but they said I have to wait for 12 weeks for the last to track.
How long do we wait for surveys to be paid?Member #14 of SKI-ers club
Words, words, they're all we have to go by!.

I am more angry at the patronising emails they have sent me when I asked why my money wasn't available to be paid.£15900 loan (including interest) over 3.5 years to pay off...can I do it sooner???

I hardly use Quidco any more, preferring Topcashback.
I did book a hotel through Hotel.com on Quidco a few months ago for the 10% cashback advertised at the time and that has just been declined. It was perfectly valid and should have been paid, but someone has kept my money.0 -
I just requested a payment via my Paypal account, and that has been accepted, I'll have to wait and see if the money arrives.0

I must say Quidco have very impressive offices in Shoreditch, not cheap offices by any means.
I believe the parent companies are based off shore to "minimise" their liability to UK tax...0 -

Same here , I did use Quidco for a transaction which should have had £25 cash back but it was declined , when I went to raise a claim I couldn't as they don't accept claims from that particular merchant. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
