Hello, I've done some searching and can't find a clear answer. I have a flight booked for 8th Nov to Johannesburg return, which is non refundable and I can't change the date. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone. I managed to get it back in the end.

They charged me £25 for the privilege which came out of my account almost immediately.

The tax will be refunded into my account in 2-4 months. Which is ridiculous.

Either way, I got it back, so thanks again
