iPhone mistake or gesture of goodwill?

I will try to cut a long story short - I had a lot of hassle upgrading with Vodafone and eventually ordered an iPhone 5c for £25 a month. However after waiting 2 weeks it hadn't turned up. I phoned them and that said it was no longer available! I was angry with them but they said they would cancel the upgrade order and I had to wait 72 hours before re-ordering. But the next day they sent me an iPhone 6?! I presume this was a goodwill gesture which is nice.
But I have also checked my account and I am still on my Sim only plan at £14 a month. So they did cancel my upgrade but I got an iPhone 6! What do I do? Can I legally keep the phone?

I cant imagine vodafone giving anything out as a gesture of goodwill, I know somebody on vodafone who upgraded to the iphone 6s plus, and should have received it on day of release, never received it and here we are 3 weeks later he still has not received it and there is no indication of when he is going to receive it, ironically I upgraded to the same phone but on the 3 network, but before I committed to it, I was thinking of jumping ship to vodafone on his say so, it was only coming in here and seeing all the complaints about vodafone and 3 giving me the deal I wanted that stopped me, I think I dodged a bullet there!!Take every day as it comes!!0 -
think op is pulling your chainsDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
