You haven't shown us a link to your new thread on pepipoo if this is a Council Penalty Charge Notice. Don't post there without pictures of the front AND BACK of the PCN. They help posters win almost every Council PCN appeal but you must show the PCN, all small print and reply often.
If it's a private Parking Charge Notice I don't think you've told us which company?
