EE dongle return

I'll keep this simple - I bought a Dongle from EE, they said I'd have enough data - I don't. I want to return it but they are saying they don't do returns. Can this be right?

Is it pay as you go or on a contract ?0

Contract - I took a 25g plan and it's not enough data and what to come out of it. I know it's foolish to get into, but they're saying I have to buy myself out of the whole contract - no cooling period..0

How long has it been? I think it's usually 14 days you're allowed... But 25GB - that's a lot - what are you using it for, and what did you tell them you'd use it for?!0

No automatic right to cancel after the contract commences, save what their own cancellation policy allows-what does the contract say? Can you not upgrade to get more data? 25GB per month is already very high.
Unless you can prove that it was mis-sold, which is another argument altogether.
Did you buy in store or not?No free lunch, and no free laptop
