When I look at the Welle Metro Hinged 3 Door Wardrobe on the Furniture Village website I see four door colours available: Black, Lava, Sand Grey and White.
Is that the right wardrobe?
Yes but i haven't
seen sand grey!HOW MUCH ?0 -
Do you still have the packaging?alyssa_mae wrote: »Yes but i haven't

If so, does it state a colour on it?
Is it possible they have delivered a Sand Grey item instead of a Lava one?
Or vice versa? Perhaps a Sand Grey wardrobe was labelled as Lava in the store when you saw it?0 -

No theres no packaging or paper work left but on the original order it says lava. I think its because of where it was positioned in the store. It looked more grey, even the salesman described it as grey over the phone today.HOW MUCH ?0 -
There are 4 colours, black, white, sand grey and lava. I have to say that sand grey is a great deal more sand than it is grey, and to my eye your lava colour looks more brown than it does grey. We still don't know if you bought in store, despite the question being asked several times already, if you did then it could be the lighting that's made it look more grey.

Did you also look at the colour online before buying? When you look now does it seem to be similar to the actual colour that you've received? If so then I think it probably is the in-store lighting that's the issue, so you may be able to use that to argue for a refund, but you still will be dependent on store policy or goodwill.0 -

Its def the instore lighting. I just popped into a store at watford & took a freind (different store to which i bought) i asked the man what colour the drawers were & he said grey, I said no they are brown to which he replied they are definatly grey!!!
The salesman has just come round to have a look, the colour is the same as the sample but admitted it looks grey in the store.
Waiting to hear back later, i'll keep you informed. Fingers crossed!HOW MUCH ?0 -

Funny u should say that. In the evening when just the bedside lights r on it looks grey!
They have offered to replace the doors at cost with an added 20% off. Im waiting for him to get back to me with a price for the white. I haven't made my mind up what I'm going to do now!HOW MUCH ?0
