OP i think you could try for £40, the failed delivery cost plus the phone calls unless you really lost another £40 but it reads like you want IKEA to pay you an hours wages0 -
Ok so just to clarify but you get paid £83,200 a year (2080 x £40) and yet you're quibbling over trying to charge them for 'time wasted' at your hourly rate?
I mean I could understand you doing so on £12k a year, but christ! With that kind of dough I'd just order a limousine and go pick up the box myself!
