Hello...
I have managed to access my "emergency fund" account and I have £130.73 sitting in it already.
Embarassingly, must have put it in there whilst still awaiting my lightbulb moment.
So, I am going to keep that in there and I have now started my saving. Might see if I can manage £19.27 in December.

Hello can I join in too? I have just managed to achieve the initial EF of £1000, paid off the debt, and now I am ready to tackle DRamsey's baby step no. 3 which is 3-6 month's expenses savings. I am to save £12,000 for this. I have no idea how long it will take as my eldest will be in uni next year. Including the initial EF, we have £1205.68/£12,000."There is Life AFTER DEBT."LBM 2009 Total Debt £49046.24 Debt Free as of 27/08/20150

Hi
Nice to see a few more people joining in, it's good to have company. I'm going to Tilly Tidy the odd pennies from my accounts during the month then on next pay day add as much as I can and update the progress figure at that point. When I was debt busting I had a spreadsheet with 100 squares and coloured it in every time I cleared 1%. I think I'll do that again, this time colouring in when I save 1% towards the EF. Well it helps me anyway!MFIT -T5 #420
