This is extremely strange. It can't be a problem with Internet Explorer, so you can uninstall Firefox if you want.
Two possibilities here, it could be a problem with your computer or ISP.
I have looked through AquaCard's website and cannot find a phone number to apply. Here's an e-mail address to request an application form: enquiries@aquacard.co.uk
You may have to ring Eclipse and see if it's a problem their end.
Are you accessing the internet through a Router or a normal ISP-supplied Modem? My Router allows me to block keywords or sites.
