Well there's no glitch to be had on the Lynx Shower gels (at least I hope not having done this shop:rotfl:) but I have one extra version to put into the mix that are picking up the Morries 4 for £3 between them.

11 items (9 different) on your receipt qualify for comparison Asda morrisons
    1x ASDA Smartprice Salted Peanuts (200G) £0.48 £0.48
    1x ASDA Grower's Selection British Broccoli (335G) £0.49 £0.42
0.15x ASDA Loose Banana (order by number of bananas or select kg) (PER KG) £0.10 £0.10
    1x Lynx Dark Temptation Shower Gel (250ML) £1.00 £0.75
    1x ASDA Smartprice Fish Fingers (250G) £0.60 £0.60
    2x Palmolive Lemongrass Invigorating Handwash (250ML) £4.38 £2.00
    1x Lynx Black Shower Gel (250ML) £1.00 £0.75
    2x Lynx Apollo Shower Gel (250ML) £2.00 £1.50
    1x ASDA Smartprice Sliced Brown Bread (800G) £0.33 £0.33
Comparison total (compared products only) £10.38 £6.93
    +£3.45 cheaper

The Lynx Gold Temptation is showing straight £1.90 online. I can see it on msm but can't find it on a.com. However, it's all a no-go as it really is not in the offer instore:(. It seems to be every other flavour on the 2 for £2. I actually bought Lynx Peace, not two Lynx Apollos but the SA got it mixed up after I'd tried the combination with a Lynx Gold and then voided it off and replaced it with the Lynx Dark Temptation. It could have gone oh so wrong if I had not got enough other items. However, you can add Lynx Dark into the mix that, between them, are picking up the M mbuy. 10% off M's mbuy price is not too bad. I know, I'm paying for shower gels!:rotfl:

The following two paragraphs are my thinking if I had managed to find the Lynx Gold on the offer - be forewarned it is very complicated so might not be best for some of you to attempt reading on a Friday night but instead come back later when you're fully alert:rotfl:. I was either hoping it would be a no-show and cause three other different flavours (helpful to me reaching the 8 items) to pick up, yes, one 2 for £2 but one straight £1.90 and compare, okay, I miss M mbuy of 4 for £3 but two at £1 ('any 2 for £2') vs £1 straight price each for M and one to go £1.90 vs £1 M. This would still be better than 4x £1 vs any 4 for £3 M mbuy or, a worse option, I get two 2 for £2s for A and full price £1 on each of the four for M (worst is two mbuy shows for A vs £1 straight M on three and N/A M on Lynx Gold, but still 'alright' - better than full price £2.37 muggles). Or else the Lynx Gold could have appeared but got 2 for £2 on two others, then £1.90 on one and £1.90 on the Lynx Gold. I don't think Morries have this version so it was necessary to get three others and then miss the M mbuy, but the comp. of £1.90 vs £1 on one would then provide something there. However, I could have had 2 for £2 and 2x £1.90 vs £1 on all four for if I was wrong (or if they had mixed up the Gold and Dark Temptation, or even have the 4 for £3 M mbuy if I was lucky). In the event, 10% cheaper than M's mbuy, thank you!

The usual approach, if Lynx Gold was missing an mbuy it was actually on, would have been 3x Lynx Gold and 1 other but I reckon that would have been 3x£1.90 vs N/A:( (Morries does not stock) and £1.90vs £1, hence only one Lynx Gold was the plan so that one other might be £1.90vs £1 and two others at least comparable even on mbuy price vs straight £1s for M. However, Lynx Gold is really full (£1.90) price so I replaced it with Lynx Dark.

I even managed to get the Wholemeal Bread to pick up and compare against M (note it is Wholemeal that needs to be bought and not Brown as I believe actual Brown - stocked in some smaller supermarkets - is a complete no-show). However, I think the Wholemeal Bread in A is thicker bread and has fewer slices:(, so probably works out more or less the same as M's price. M is less weighty but the number of slices is more, so probably works out, at 30p in M, slightly better buying in M. (However, M really are Brown and I wanted Wholemeal.) If you are thinking of doing another comp. and think it's okay to go vs T on the basis of the "---" on msm and just lose the 3p or so 10% - or maybe you are in Northern Ireland - don't, as it is comparing 33p vs 40p for T (and also 40p for S).

I also managed to get a complete line comparing against M:T and about half of the real shopping bill back. Yes, we always need more of those fishfingers. Got back more than I was expecting again:rotfl: - I was thinking £2.38 or something but I think that's just the Palmolives (and Carex) thing.

Just saw Rod Stewart on Children in Need, wearing what looked like a designer bin liner ... very strange.

I love Rod, got most of his albums and his new one is great, seen him 9 times now, and for a 71 yr old i think hes very trendy, 'he wears ot well' Rod for knighthood :T
